Tony has over 20 years' experience in building and managing executive search businesses across Europe.
He founded Renaissance in 2003 and spun it out of the search boutique, Renoir Christian & Timbers later that year.
In the early 90s, Tony joined start-up recruitment firm Harvey Nash where he was part of the management team which listed the business on the LSE in 1997. Harvey Nash quickly became a global business with a turnover of £250m and 1000 employees worldwide. As Group Managing Director he also founded an online recruitment business Taps.com in 1996, which metamorphosed into Stepstone and was listed on the LSE and in Oslo in March 2000 at the apex of Web 1.0.
At Renaissance he leads the Online and Digital Media practice and has recently completed Board and Senior Management assignments with PartyGaming, Yahoo!, CNET, IDG, Moo.com , Polestar, Seatwave, match.com and Ancestry.com.
Sebastian joined Renaissance in 2003 as a founder Director.
His early career was spent with Antal International, a Global Executive Search and Selection firm. At Antal Sebastian rose from Consultant to running the Technology Sales and Marketing Team on a Global Basis. This team was instrumental in the international build out a number of corporates including EMC, IBM and SunMicrosystems.
He left in March 2001 to start Renoir Partners as one of the four man founding team. Renoir quickly established itself as Europe's leading search boutique building leadership teams for Venture Capital backed Technology businesses. In 2003 Renoir Partners merged with the European arm of Christian and Timbers.
At Renaissance Sebastian leads the Software and Services practice and he has recently completed Board and Senior Management assignments with EMC, Siemens IT Solutions & Services, TCS, SAP And KDS.
Richard joined Renaissance in 2006. He has over 15 years' experience in executive search in the telecoms sector.
He was previously a Partner with Renoir Partners, a technology search firm focused on building board level teams for Private Equity and VC-backed technology companies.
Prior to that, Richard worked with Heidrick & Struggles' ITC Practice in London, where he was a Consultant for four years advising a broad range of technology clients in Europe, Asia and the USA.
He was previously a member of Spencer Stuart's international technology practice in Paris and London for close to five years.
Richard has worked for the leading Telecom brands including Qualcomm, Cisco, Vodafone, Ericsson, Oracle. Motorola, T-Mobile, RIM, BT and Cable & Wireless.
