The Role:

• Accountable for realizing “a hassle free vision” online
• Accountable for commercially driving budgetary targets
• Accountable for growing traffic whilst reducing Cost Per Booking
• Providing the best customer experience on the market
• Capturing the customers interest, making their experience hassle free & driving the repeat rate
• Achieving (and exceeding) direct budget targets

The Candidate:
• Significant experience at senior management leading online teams. 
• Excellent knowledge, and execution, of digital marketing
• Understanding of trends in the digital space
• High level of competency of working across multiple disciplines & brands
• Solid understanding of search, particularly SEO & PPC
• Good understanding of web analytics
• Good understanding of customer behaviour, needs and changing trends
• Experience running partnership relationships – with digital agencies
• Solid understanding of brand-customer interaction in the digital environment
• Understanding of social media and how to utilize for benefit
• Ability to translate vision to plan – i.e. company strategy to tactical actions
• High level of understanding the core metrics & competency in budgetary control
