Head of MoD/Defence Sales

A newly created position as Head of MoD Sales within an existing (and growing) Public Sector division of a multi $bn technology provider.

It's essentially building on existing revenues, predominantly selling hardware and infrastructure solutions, as well as up-selling a mixed portfolio of software and services.

Requirement:

  • Existing credibility and live network at senior levels within the UK Ministry of Defence
  • An experienced sales leader still closely involved in ‘hands-on’ business development
  • Proven track record in complex high-value product sales
  • Process oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • High energy self starter comfortable with responsibility and autonomy
  • Pragmatic and commercial negotiator who can balance client requirements against company objectives
  • Collaborative corporate relationship builder – experience of influencing and working within a multi-cultural global technology firm
  • DV or SC clearance advantageous
  • Flexible UK location – London ideal
