Our Client is a very exciting, high growth, Venture Capital backed solutions provider to the Environmental Industry. As they enter a new phase of their development they require an outstanding VP Sales to build and manage their sales operations across Europe. The VP Sales will be well networked at “C” Level within Local Authorities and ideally will have had exposure to the Waste Management Industry. This role reports directly into the CEO and can be based anywhere in the UK.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in European Enterprise solution sales.
  • Recent experience of selling into Local Government and/or Waste Management Companies.
  • Experience in scaling an International sales operation, ideally from €5m - 20m.
  • Strong experience in multi-channel sales; inside, indirect, partnership and direct.
  • Will have worked in an early stage software/IT business.
  • Possess high energy, charisma, gravitas and intellectual dexterity.
