London - January 11th 2010 - Renaissance, the leading technology and online executive search firm is pleased to announce that Grant Hayward has joined the company as a Director.
Grant specialises in recruiting senior level candidates in the Software and IT/Managed Services sectors.
Grant joined Renaissance from CTPartners in London, where he was their leading Director globally in the Technology Practice. Grant originally joined Renoir Partners a boutique executive search firm dedicated to venture and private equity-backed technology companies which was acquired by CTPartners. During his time at Renoir Partners he worked closely with the founding partners of Renaissance - Tony Willis and Sebastian Kayll. Grant started his executive search career at Korn Ferry International and was a key member of their European TMT team.
